This design build lump sum meat distribution centre was completed under the C.F.I.A. (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) guidelines. The 29,863 square foot warehouse includes a freezer/cooler and loading dock area comes with 6 dock levelers. The entire area is enclosed with insulated panels and housed within a pre-engineered building, with the refrigeration equipment contained within the mechanical electrical room. Nossack Fine Meats occupies 11,260 square feet on two floors for operation of the new and old facilities, and there is another 10,000 sq.ft. for future CRU tenant space. The client can also lease out cold storage space with a separate loading dock entrance.
