Building Futures Together

For a number of years, Cormode & Dickson has partnered with Yellowhead Mini Storage of Edmonton, one of the most progressive mini-storage companies in Alberta, to provide durable, low-maintenance buildings. The most recent project, a 70,000 square foot project shown, entailed the construction of 10 mini-storage buildings. All 10 mini-storage buildings were metal buildings, non-heated with a floating slab for the concrete foundation. Construction included miscellaneous site preparation (grading of site to suit buildings). Two of the mini-storage buildings contained interior corridors. All have an exterior bay for easy car access.
