Building Futures Together

Cormode & Dickson was the general contractor this project, one of Edmonton’s largest mini-storage facilities. The 77,400 square foot site was developed, and the building construction, asphalt paving, landscaping, and installation of the security system were completed and ready for customer occupancy within a short period of time. Eight of the structures (each 40’x172’) are non-heated, and two (each 65’x172’) are heated. One building is a 2-storey structure, with an office on the main floor and a residential suite on the top floor. A project that was design-built to the exacting demands of the owner, the Storage King made allowance for future expansion which was since completed by Cormode forces.
