This 2-in-1 gas bar and convenience store is a satellite building to the main grocery store and is the first of the “new-style” Safeway look. The structure has a standing seam metal clad roof and architectural concrete finishes. The exterior has stucco and stone wall finishes and includes a comprehensive landscape package.
