Completed on time and within budget, this project consisted of a standard Royal Bank base building complete with tenant improvements. The 3,600 square foot wood frame structure was finished with an ‘Ecocrete’ coating and ‘Novabrick’ exterior decor. Ecocrete is an innovative non-traditional alternative to acrylic stucco in that it is an elastomeric sprayed on application to provide a durable, breathable and waterproof consistent finish.
