This 42,000 square foot design build mini storage project is the largest timber framed structure built in Alberta in the past twenty five years. Using select timbers from British Columbia, Cormode & Dickson built a three storey, timber post and beam mini storage and office facility.  Insulated panels were utilized to provide superior insulation and protection for the walls and roof.  The project was built on an existing mini storage site, which remained in business throughout the construction process with minimal interruption.
