  This multi-million dollar addition to the campus of The King’s University College is approximately 48,500 square feet.   The King’s University College Student Residence

  Project Class:  School Buildings

  This 30,000 square foot facility is a unique five storey apartment-style student residence with four units per floor, in addition to gathering space and resident director’s suite. Each unit consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen/living area. The building is completely non-combustible, with an attractive brick and metal clad exterior.
