  Sobey’s Foods at Quill Centre

  This 23,900 square foot facility is a pre-engineered metal building with concrete piles and grade beam foundation. Siding is cement fibre (Hardie board) and the roof is standing seam.   This project features both gas and diesel options under the Shell canopy, as well as a Convenience Store, and Tim Horton’s Retail Store.  Siteworks were included in the project.

  Project Class:  Design/Build Construction  Gas Bar Construction  Retail Store Buildings

  This design build service station retail outlet includes site work, a convenience store base building, petroleum system installation, canopy, and tenant improvements on a Tim Horton’s restaurant, complete with drive thru.

  Tim Horton’s Creston

  Project Class:  Other Commercial Buildings  Retail Store Buildings

  This project was a slightly larger Tim Horton’s than we typically build for TDL Group. The building is approximately 2,700 square feet, compared to the typical 2,500 square feet.  This was a slab on grade, wood frame building with full restaurant and drive-thru capability.

  Marine Drive Husky

  Project Class:  Car Wash Construction  Gas Bar Construction  Retail Store Buildings

  This project required the demolition of the existing gas station, and removal and replacement of two gas storage tanks before construction of the three pump island, 2,500 square foot convenience store and touchless car wash could proceed.  The exterior of this building is finished with aluminum composite panels, along with brick and stucco.
