Safeway Gas Bar # 184
Project Class: Gas Bar ConstructionThis 2-in-1 gas bar and convenience store is a satellite building to the main grocery store and is the first of the “new-style” Safeway look. The structure has a standing seam metal clad roof and architectural concrete finishes. The exterior has stucco and stone wall finishes and includes a comprehensive landscape package.

Project Class: Gas Bar ConstructionCormode & Dickson upgraded the card lock by removing the existing tanks and demolishing the old canopy and constructing a pad for new underground tanks and double island dispensers, canopy and 150 foot retaining wall, paving to entire extended yard.
