The wood frame addition to Providence Place seniors’ residence comprises 13 residential suites totalling 13,000 square feet. The work includes property development of an asphalt parking lot and site concrete, as well as a six-stall garage. The project was completed on time and on budget to the client’s complete satisfaction.
