The building is approximately 2,700 square feet, compared to the typical 2,500 square feet. This was a slab on grade, wood frame building with full restaurant and drive-thru capability.

Project Class: Car Wash Construction Gas Bar Construction Retail Store BuildingsThis project required the demolition of the existing gas station, and removal and replacement of two gas storage tanks before construction of the three pump island, 2,500 square foot convenience store and touchless car wash could proceed. The exterior of this building is finished with aluminum composite panels, along with brick and stucco.

Demolition of the existing building that contained 4 service bays, car wash, convenience store and gasoline forecourt with canopy, was required prior to initiating construction of the new facility.
