Project Class: Retail Store BuildingsCompleted on time and within budget, this project consisted of a standard Royal Bank base building complete with tenant improvements. The 3,600 square foot wood frame structure was finished with an ‘Ecocrete’ coating and ‘Novabrick’ exterior decor. Project Class: Gas Bar ConstructionThis 2-in-1 gas bar and convenience store is a satellite building to the main grocery store and is the first of the “new-style” Safeway look. The structure has a standing seam metal clad roof and architectural concrete finishes. The exterior has stucco and stone wall finishes and includes a comprehensive landscape package.
