Lindenwood Husky Winnipeg
Project Class: Gas Bar Construction
This Husky ‘A’ market gas bar includes 3 blender dispensers, a 2,500 square foot convenience store and stand-alone car wash building. Demolition of the existing building that contained 4 service bays, car wash, convenience store and gasoline forecourt with canopy, was required prior to initiating construction of the new facility.

Cormode & Dickson was the construction manager for this design build project which consisted of 7,200 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of warehouse facility. The warehouse portion comes complete with an overhead crane, a jib crane, paint booth and a loading dock.

Located in the Acheson industrial area, this design build, 124,000 square foot office/ warehouse and manufacturing facility is used for the manufacture of extruded polystyrene products used in construction. The building has a steel roof structure, and is completed with walls made of logix blocks in varying thicknesses.
