Royal Bank Heritage Mall

This free standing building was a lump sum design build project encompassing a 7,000 square foot single story steel and brick structure with drive thru 24-hour instant teller. The interior included offices, an open common space, cash and business wickets for customer and business services, as well as the bank vault and a kitchen area for staff. The brick & stucco exterior is finished off with decorative canopy overhangs.

Cormode & Dickson, after hiring a design team that extrapolated information from the Royal Bank Standard Construction Documents, was responsible for the total project from conceptual drawings, permit application, and construction completion to turnover and warranty.
