Cormode & Dickson was contracted to demolish the existing facility and construct a new Gas Bar from the ground up. This consisted of a Convenience Store, Pump Island and Touchless Car Wash. The project was completed on schedule and within budget guidelines, with minimal deficiencies, and opened for business one month after turnover.
